Why do I get a \'3G Network usage is disabled\' error message? \\r
The new Network Preferences feature allows users to enable/disable their use of 3G data usage in the Sky Go app. If you see an error message which reads ‘3G Network usage is disabled’, within the Sky Go app, go to ‘Menu > Settings > Network Preferences’ and enable streaming over 3G.

How do I sign in? \\r
All you need to start enjoying Sky Go is a Sky iD username and password which you can set up at skygo.com/signup.

How much does Sky Go cost? \\r
Sky Go is available to Sky TV customers at no extra cost but what you will be able to watch depends on your Sky TV subscription. You can register two devices and watch on both at the same time.

What are the streaming requirements? \\r
During the first few seconds of streaming Sky Go will identify your bandwidth and begin to stabilise. We recommend a minimum continuous bandwidth of 500Kb per second to access high quality streams.

What are the handset requirements?\\r
Sky Go is supported on the following Android smartphones running on 2.2, 2.3 & 4.0 operating systems: HTC Desire, HTC Desire S, HTC Desire HD, HTC Incredible, HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation XE, Google Galaxy Nexus, Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy S2, Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy Note.

Please note that if existing Sky Go users with OS versions 2.2, 2.3 or 4.0 choose to upgrade to v4.1 (Jelly Bean) they will not be able to stream content through the Sky Go app until the operating system can be fully supported.
